In 2024, Xerox proposed to provide Managed Print Services to Aramtec Food Service Co. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as part of an initiative to enhance operational efficiency and optimize printing infrastructure. As a key contributor to this project, I was responsible for drafting the comprehensive service contract, ensuring that all legal, operational, and financial aspects were effectively addressed. I meticulously structured the agreement to align with industry best practices, safeguard the interests of both parties, and facilitate seamless service implementation. Upon finalizing the contract, I successfully executed the agreement, enabling the project's rollout and contributing to the company's strategic growth and revenue expansion.
